Data we collect and why

We may process contact details and enquiry information you voluntarily supply, technical request logs, and your privacy preferences. Essential processing supports site delivery, security, responding to requests, and legal obligations. Depending on the situation, our legal basis is your consent, steps towards a contract, or legitimate interests in operating and securing the service.

The current contact form and calendar are demonstrations: they validate locally and do not send an enquiry or create a real booking. If live submission is enabled later, the controller must update this notice, the collection notices, and the retention schedule before collecting data.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics runs only after your analytics consent and only if configured. We measure page paths without query strings and do not send form contents. Consent Mode v2 defaults analytics and advertising signals to denied; advertising storage, user data, and personalization remain denied. You can withdraw analytics consent through Cookie settings in the footer.

Service providers and transfers

Depending on the deployment configuration, service providers may include Google Analytics (optional usage measurement), Cloudinary (media hosting), Vercel (frontend hosting), Render (API hosting), and Neon (Postgres hosting). These providers may process technical logs or data in countries outside your own. Processing locations, provider agreements, and any required international transfer safeguards must be confirmed before the relevant services are activated. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and security

Consent choices are valid for 180 days; their local storage record remains until replaced or cleared in your browser. The demonstration forms do not send us enquiries or bookings. Analytics, enquiry, and hosting-log retention periods must be confirmed when live services are configured and documented before collection begins. Access should be limited to authorized personnel, connections encrypted, and information deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, subject to legal requirements.

Your rights

Subject to applicable GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other laws, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; and request information about collection and disclosure. You may opt out of sale or sharing where applicable and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination. We may verify your identity and respond within applicable legal time limits. Children and updates

This service is intended for business enquiries and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the request and arrange deletion where appropriate. We may update this policy and will identify the effective date above. Material changes requiring consent will be presented before the new processing starts.
